COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. – Less than a month into the 2020 season and ProRodeo athletes have already competed for more than $2.5 million in prize money. Although the week of Oct. 21-27 only had two ProRodeo competitions, they collectively added $271,026 to the 2020 season’s total.

Cowboys looking for a spot at the RAM National Circuit Finals Rodeo in Kissimmee, Fla., hit the RAM Mountain States Circuit Finals Rodeo in Loveland, Colo., where $169,741 was on the table. Meanwhile, the Cinch Roping Fiesta in San Angelo, Texas, presented $101,285 for tie-down ropers and steer ropers.

When the stakes are high so are the scores and times.

The fastest times and highest scores might not always make the record book, but they make a lasting memory for fans and competitors. With more than 700 PRCA competitions across the Western Hemisphere, there are plenty of opportunities to make a memorable ride.

Although the prize money differs from one competition to the next, the judging remains consistent across the board.

In addition to the fame that comes with winning the most prize money, each ride was a chance to be the best of the week. Here’s a look at the highest scores and fastest times for each event Oct. 21-27.
