Sheriff’s PRCA Rodeo, the Ute Stampede (Nephi, Utah), the Home of Champions Rodeo (Red Lodge, Mont.), Canyonlands Rodeo (Moab, Utah) and Desert Peak Stampede (Tooele, Utah); co-champion at the Harrison (Ark.) Roundup Club PRCA Rodeo; won the second round at the Wrangler NFR with an 89-point ride on Big Bend Rodeo’s Kool Toddy. Finished ninth in the world standings with $109,411
• 2004 – Finished the year ranked fifth in the world with $146,048; finished third in the average at the Wrangler NFR and picked up $76,232; Won the Strawberry Days Rodeo (Pleasant Grove, Utah); the Sikeston (Mo.) Jaycee Bootheel Rodeo and the second round at the Tour Championships (Dallas) with an 85-point ride on Stace Smith Pro Rodeos Desperado; was a semifinalist at the Summer Tour Finale; tied for the win in round 2 of the Wrangler NFR with an 86-point ride on Harry Vold Rodeo’s Sun Devil and won round 4 on MJM Rodeo’s Little Stone with an 88-point ride. Placed in six of 10 rounds; was the Wilderness Circuit average champion
• 2003 – Won Oakley (Utah) Independence Day Rodeo and Spanish Fork (Utah) Fiesta Days Rodeo; Wilderness Circuit Champion. Finished 22nd in the world with $41,026

Personal

5-7, 140…wife, Fawn; daughters Ashley and Sienna…Parents are Larry and Marilyn who both competed in rodeo. Father was a bull rider and team roper and mother ran barrels. Now his dad is a maintenance superintendent and mother works as a secretary. He has two sisters. His older sister, Andrea Jones, is a barrel racer and she qualified for the 2006 Winter Tour Finale in Tulsa…Hobbies include skiing, hunting and fishing…Other occupation is engineering…Travels with Cody Wright and Levi Berry…Superstition is having his hat on the bed…Favorite livestock to draw is Wild Card of Sankey, whom he rode for 88 points at Spanish Fork, Utah, in 2003 or Firefly of Bar T…Favorite sports teams are the Utah Jazz, Green Bay Packers and the Colorado Avalanche, favorite food is lasagna and favorite movie is Tombstone…Rodeo idols are Lewis Feild, Rod Hay and Billy Etbauer
