Rodeo; the Amarillo (Texas) Tri-State Fair and Rodeo; the Canby (Ore.) Rodeo; the Poway (Calif.) Coors Rodeo; the Northwest Montana Fair & Rodeo (Kalispell); co-champion at the Cody (Wyo.) Stampede
• 2008: Won the Clovis (Calif.) Rodeo; the Southwestern International PRCA Rodeo (El Paso, Texas); the Eastern Oregon Livestock Show (Union, Ore.) and the Sundre (Alberta) Pro Rodeo. Co-champion at the Strathmore (Alberta) Heritage Days. Finished 24th in the world standings with earnings of $44,384

• 2005: Won the Scottsdale (Ariz.) Jaycees Parada Del Sol; finished the year 25th in the world with $35,735
• 2004: Won the Wranger ProRodeo Tour Round and average titles at the Guymon (Okla.) Pioneer Days Rodeo; co-champion at the Silver Spurs Rodeo (Kissimmee, Fla.); the Molalla (Ore.) Buckeroo and the Ellensburg (Wash.) Rodeo. Finalist at the Winter Tour Finale (Las Vegas); won the Redding (Calif.) Rodeo and the San Bernardino (Calif.) Sheriff’s PRCA Rodeo; placed in five of 10 rounds at the Wrangler NFR, winning Round 10 with an 87.5-point ride on Kesler Championship Rodeo’s Street Dance. Finished the year 12th in the world with $89,214

5-11, 165...Wife, Brook, works as a real estate agent; they met at Montana State; son William (born Oct. 11, 2008)...Hobbies include fly fishing and scuba diving...Jason also works as contractor/builder...Parents are Rayner, a drywall contractor, and Billie, a teacher...He has one sister...Got into rodeo because of his cousin, a saddle bronc rider, and started in 1992...Is the bareback riding event representative...Travels with Bobby Mote, Ryan Gray and Brian Bain. The group is called "The Pride."...Has a regular workout routine which consists of sit-ups, push-ups and bike riding...Broke his ankle at the Scottsdale (Ariz.) rodeo in February 2005, requiring surgery to insert a screw and plate...Broke a bone in his riding hand at 2008 Calgary (Alberta) Stampede...Blogs for ProRodeo.com...Has a video blog with his travel partners on RodeoUp
