• 2006 – Won the Ellensburg (Wash.) Rodeo and Rodeo Killeen (Texas); finished fourth in the final world standings
• 2005 – Missed winning his 19th world title by a mere $1.67, to Scott Snedecor. This was the closest single-event race in the history of the PRCA for a world title. Allen finished the year with $69,380. Won the Sonora (Texas) Outlaw Pro Rodeo, Nebraska’s Big Rodeo (Burwell, Neb.), the Sheridan (Wyo.) • 2003 – Won his PRCA-record 17th world title, the most in PRCA history in any event; qualified for record consecutive 27th consecutive National Finals Steer Roping. Won the Walker County Fair & Rodeo (Huntsville, Texas) and the Sheridan (Wyo.) Rodeo; tied his own world record with a 7.9-second run in winning a round at the Deadwood (S.D.) Days of '76 Rodeo
• 2002 – Qualified for record 26th consecutive National Finals Steer Roping; won the Beef Empire Days Rodeo (Garden City, Kan.); the Deadwood (S.D.) Days of '76 Rodeo and the Walker County Fair & Rodeo (Huntsville, Texas)
• 2001 – Won 16th world steer roping title, tying Jim Shoulders for the most world titles in PRCA history; broke own record of consecutive world titles (11)

His father and brother Gip are members of the PRCA...He joined his father and brother at the 1983 NFR as contestants, the first father-son-son tandem in event history … Horses are Jeremiah, 19 years old, and Floppy, 16 years old...Favorite sports team is the Kansas City Chiefs...Rodeo idol is Sonny Davis
