• 2009: Won Round 4 of the Wrangler National Finals Rodeo with an 87-point ride on Three Hills Rodeo's Peaches & Cream and placed in three other rounds; missed the last four rounds of the NFR due to a fractured of the lower right leg; won the Rodeo de Santa Fe (N.M.); the All Nations Rodeo (Farmington, N.M.)
• 2008: Won Round 3 of the Wrangler NFR with an 88.5-point ride on Frontier Rodeo's Full Baggage and Round 8 with an 87.5-point ride on Classic Pro Rodeo's Touched by an Angel. Placed in five of 10 rounds and tied for seventh in the average standings. Finished fifth in the world standings with $175,117. Won the Snake River Stampede (Nampa, Idaho); the St. Paul (Ore.) Rodeo; the Tri-State Fair & Rodeo (Amarillo, Texas); the Colorado State Fair Rodeo (Pueblo, Colo.) and the Lawton (Okla.) Rangers Rodeo; co-champion at the Cattlemen's Days PRCA Rodeo (Gunnison, Colo.); the Wild Wild West Pro Rodeo (Silver City, N.M.); the Canton (Texas) Stampede and the Jerome (Idaho) County Fair
• 2007: Won Round 2 at the Wrangler NFR with an 89-point ride on Sankey Rodeo’s Gus. Won the Clovis (Calif.) Rodeo; the Greeley (Colo.) Independence Day Stampede; the Cattlemen’s Days (Gunnison, Colo.); the Lawton (Okla.) Rangers Rodeo and the Kitsap County Fair & Stampede (Bremerton, Wash.); co-champion at California Rodeo Salinas
• 2006: Placed in five of 10 rounds at the Wrangler NFR, winning the sixth round with an 87.5-point ride. Won The Qualifier at the Fort (Fort Collins, Colo.); the Silver Spurs Rodeo (Kissimmee, Fla.); the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Round and average titles at the New Mexico State Fair and Rodeo (Albuquerque); the Othello (Wash.) Rodeo; the Colorado State Fair & Rodeo (Pueblo, Colo.); the Dinosaur Round-Up Rodeo (Vernal, Utah) and the Rooftop Rodeo (Estes Park, Colo.). Tied for the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour-Round win at the Caldwell (Idaho) Night Rodeo. Co-champion at the Buffalo Bill Rodeo (North Platte, Neb.) and the Gladewater (Texas) Round-Up Rodeo. Won the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Round at the National Western Stock Show and Rodeo (Denver)
• 2005: Won the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Round at the Days of ’47 Rodeo (Salt Lake City, Utah); the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Round and was co-champion for the average title at the Reno (Nev.) Rodeo. Won the Old Fort Days (Fort Smith, Ark.), the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour and average titles at the San Antonio Stock Show and Rodeo and at Rodeo Austin. Won the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour title at the Laughlin (Nev.) River Stampede, was co-champion for the Wrangler Tour Round and average titles at the Red Bluff (Calif.) Roundup. Won the sixth round at the 2005 Wrangler NFR with an 89-point ride on Calgary Stampede’s Coconut Roll. Finished eighth in the world with $125,330
• 2004: Finished fourth in the world with $146,390 and was fifth in the Wrangler NFR average and picked up $47,789. Won the Dixie National Rodeo (Jackson, Miss.); Rodeo Austin (Texas) and the Caldwell (Idaho) Night Rodeo. Won the average and Tour Round titles at the Laughlin (Nev.) River Stampede and the Red Bluff (Calif.) Rodeo. Won the Winter Tour Finale (Las Vegas), was a semifinalist at the Summer Tour Finale (Omaha, Neb.) and placed in five of 10 rounds at the Wrangler NFR
• 2003: Won the Beef Empire Days PRCA Rodeo (Garden City, Kan.), and the NILE ProRodeo (Billings, Mont.). Finished third at the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo (Pocatello, Idaho) and won $9,243. Won Round 6 at the Wrangler NFR with a 90-point ride on Cervi Championship’s Ernie’s Pet and Round 9 with an 88-point ride on Stace Smith Pro Rodeos’ Smokeless Vanderbilt; was second in the average, winning a total of $89,018 during the 10 days. Finished third in the world standings with $148,584
•  2002: Won average title at the Mountain States Circuit Finals (Denver); scored a career-high 90 points on Burch Rodeo’s Yellow Hair in the third round; finished 46th in the world

6-0, 155...Wife, Katie (married February 2007) is the granddaughter of ProRodeo Hall of Fame stock contractor Harry Vold; daughter, Bailey ... Royce and Katie are raising bucking horses and supplying them to high school rodeos...Father, Bruce, holds the record for most world bareback riding titles at five (tied with Joe Alexander), and he qualified for the NFR 19 times. Bruce was inducted into the ProRodeo Hall of Fame in 1993. Mother, Susie, is a manager of a photo lab...Favorite sports team is the Denver Broncos...Hobbies include raising bucking horses, fishing and having fun...Several members of his family compete in rodeo, including sister, Courtney Ford, uncle, Glen Ford and cousins, Heath and Jerrod...Travels with Wes Stevenson, Will Lowe and Tom McFarland; they call their group the “Wolf Pack”...Rodeo idols are his father and 12-time Wrangler NFR qualifier Larry Sandvick
