Rodeo; finished the year fourth in the world with $159,212.
• 2004: Won his first world title after qualifying for his first Wrangler NFR. Won Round 5 with a score of 89.5 points on Rafter G Rodeo’s Dippin Durango and placed in three other rounds at the Wrangler NFR. Won a total of $193,779 and finished seventh in the Wrangler NFR average. He won $50,520 at the 2004 Wrangler NFR; won the bull riding title at the Dodge National Circuit Finals Rodeo (DNCFR); won the Wrangler ProRodeo Tour Round and average title at the Red Bluff (Calif.) Rodeo; was a finalist at Pace Chute-out (Las Vegas) and the Pace Challenge (Omaha, Neb.) after winning the first round at the Pace Challenge with an 89.5-point ride on Burch Rodeo’s Three Spot; won Lehi (Utah) Round-up and was the high point winner on the Wrangler ProRodeo Summer Tour.
